Yay for baby bedding!!!

So today I started to feel like I was getting extremely antsy with getting stuff ready and prepared for the baby. (for those of you that know me I am NOT a last min person.....anymore) Seeing as we aren't finding out the sex shopping and trying to get prepared is going to be hard! Every where you look its always just boy or girl stuff. What happened to the neutral stuff? I figure since the little one will arrive in the summer outfits will be easy for the first 2 weeks. Onesies, socks and shorts! So I have decided no reason to stress about the clothes, we will just do major shopping after he or she arrives. Car seats, blankets and what-nots will be easy to find in gender neutral..... I hope! The main thing that stressed me out was bedding. I found fabric that I wanted to use to make the bedding set, but then I just decided to look one more time for some bedding. Not really thinking to find anything, but then there it was! It's perfect for a boy or a girl cause you can add extras to brighten up the boy side of it or the girl side. Its was funny too cause when I read the reviews it mostly consisted of parents that aren't finding out the sex either, so I think I made a good choice:)
I love the stripped paint in the background also. Especially for a boy:)

The cute little mobile to go with it:)

Can we say expensive!!!

I always knew school was expensive, but really this expensive!!! I can't complain though cause in the end everything will pay off:)
Getting set up for school was so stressful for Aaron. A month before school started we had all my classes set up and day care set up. We were feeling pretty good about it up until the day school actually started! Aaron gets a call from the day care and they decided to drop on us that Rylee was on a waiting list now because of some other children that decided to come back. My first reaction was oh well looks like school will just have to wait, but then Aaron looked online and found some coursed that I would need for nursing that were online. I can't even express how much of the stress got lifted off my shoulders! I am so glad that I can be at home with Rylee plus do some classes online. Once again I am so grateful for the opportunities that Aaron gives me. He truly is a great man!!
On top of school expenses you always get book expenses on top of that.......
So $700 later in books(thanks mom) for Aaron and I, we are so so excited for our new journey in life. Its going to be an intense one, but a great one that will pay off big in the end.

8 weeks to 13 weeks

From about 8 weeks till about 12 weeks all I did was count down the days. I was so ready for morning sickness to leave me alone and dreaded everyday I had it. Once 12 weeks hit it was finally gone!! With Rylee I had morning sickness till about 14 weeks so I was extremely happy to have it gone 2 weeks earlier than my last pregnancy. I think my only issue now is still fatigue. I have never been so tired in my life! When 2pm hits (rylees nap time) I am always asleep with her! Not just tiny cat naps I'm talking 3 hour naps. I will literally wake up at 5pm eat, hang out with Aaron and be ready to crawl back in bed by 8pm. I'm sure the fatigue will let up soon enough. I am just very grateful that Aaron lets me sleep when I need to sleep.
So I decided that I am going to keep everyone updated on my pregnancy through here with some fun little facts.

Pregnancy vent sesh!

Why because I am entitled to vent while I'm pregnant. So if anyone feels that this bugs them please feel free to not read:)
Oh my word the first 12 to 14 months of pregnancy are the worst! Atleast for us people who get this wonderful thing called morning sickness. Yet in all reality it shouldn't be called "morning" maybe all day is more appropriate in my case. I do awesome right when I wake up but as soon as the clock hits about 11 or 12 I feel freaking awful until about 4. I feel pretty good from 4 till about 11pm and there it is all over again. I have tried everything to help this but it looks as if I will be begging my doctor for meds! What's funny is I actually had morning sickness a whole lot worse with rylee, but come to find out morning sickness with a 3 year old makes it a little harder! I am grateful though that I have a great child that will just lay in bed with and cuddle till I feel better. Not only that I have a fabulous husband that helps make me the most comfortable possible. With rylee being such an angel and Aaron my personal assistant I would be in trouble! So I guess it could be a lot worse. I have to keep it in my head that all of this sickness is telling me my hormones are doing what they should to help thing miricle inside me grow to be healthy. Sometimes though I want to crawl in a corner and cry cause of how horrible I feel! I am grateful for everyday though that I feel sick. (yes it's hard to believe but it's true) so I guess my vent sesh didn't turn into a very big vent sesh. A little venting a little grateful sesh. Either way it felt good to write down and share:) another awesome thing about morning sickness, my poor husband gets sympathy morning sickness and I love it to the fullest!!!:)

November has been a great month!!

November this year has been so amazing for me! So much has happened for everyone in my family! As all or most of you know we are expecting baby number 2 and couldn't be more excited about it. We never would have thought it would have happened so fast. We literally tried for 2 weeks and then bam a positive pregnancy test! When we told Rylee about it she was so cute. She kept going around saying "Im going to have a brother or sister." of course we are hoping for a boy, but if another girl comes we will be just as happy! Our plan was to keep this pregnancy a secret till about 12 weeks, but our sweet little Rylee started to break the news a little early:) After random people finding out we decided that the parents should know also. Rylee and I decorated a shoe box for my mom and on the inside we wrote Yay Grandma (that's what my mom has always said to her grand kids) and then put the pregnancy test below it. Her face was priceless! She never expected it cause I had taken a test about 4 days before she opened it and she knew I had gotten a negative. All she said was "oh Yay Grandma." then about 30 seconds later noticed the test under it. It was great, I loved seeing her face!
And then of course Rylee's announcement:)
The next great thing about November was James moving to Germany. Yes a sad thing, but an awesome thing also. He is experiencing the most amazing journey that not many people get to experience. All that he is waiting for is his wife and daughter to move there too. We are all hoping they get there passports SOON so they can spend their 1 year anniversary together. Thanksgiving this year was a little weird without him, but as my mom and I say we are so Thankful for Skype! If we didn't have that I don't know how our Thanksgiving would have been.
family photo:)
Another thing to top November off was my cousins and my cousins fiance coming from cali to spend Thanksgiving with us. Its always really good seeing them and spending time with them. Not only did they come, but they pretty much got to meet their dad for the first time! (my moms brother) and the rest of us reunited with him after 15 years or more. It was so great and so glad that he was able to make it! I have so much to be grateful/ and thankful for this year. It just seems like year after year your list of things to be thankful for just keep getting bigger and bigger! Hope everyone had an awesome November like I did. Cant wait to see what December brings:)

Grudges......

I don't really understand the why people hold grudges. I feel like its such a waste of time and energy! To me the worst grudge held is when someone to your face can act nice and then turn around and have nothing nice to say about you. They act like you are the horrible person yet they do nothing but say negative things behind your back. Sometimes I just dont think people realize that words really do hurt. Maybe one day those people will realize how awful grudges, negative words, or talking behind peoples backs really is. Until then for me........

I love fall!!!

My favorite season is finally here! I love waking up to that cool crisp air with coffee in my hand, The smell of the heater when it's first turned on after a summer, cute sweaters, long sleeves and Ugg boots (my case the fake ones. lol) Not to mention the amazing colors that surround us for a short period of time!! I love the holidays that come with it and of course all the baking a girl can do! Last but not least CRAFTING!!
This year I have done things a little different when it comes to decor. Not only have I bought and pulled out old holiday decor I have also made some. Pinterest has turned out to be the best social networking sight I have ever participated in. I have gotten so many cute and fun ideas off of that site. Here are a few things I have done......

My burlap and felt wreath. The flowers can be changed out for any holiday or season!
Wood connection is awesome!

This was so easy and cost me nothing! saw the idea on Pinterest and already had all the supplies

cute 2x4 mummys!!
